With the announcement that Congressman John Sarbanes will not seek reelection, the race for the seat in Congressional District 3 in Maryland becomes a must watch race in 2024 (at least through the primary).
Maryland’s 3rd congressional district comprises all of Howard county as well as parts of Anne Arundel and Carroll counties.
