Day 1 total votes cast in Carroll County: 1,744
- Westminster had the lion share of early voters on day 1 (942 votes cast at that location).
Of the 1,744 votes cast on day 1:
- 497 are registered Democrats
- 28 are registered Green, Libertarian or Other
- 1,015 are registered Republicans
- 204 are registered as Unaffiliated / Independent
The 1,744 votes cast makes up 1.37% of eligible voters in the county. This percentage topped the statewide turnout (1.06% statewide on day 1).
