The County Commissioners of Carroll County will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 31, 2023, beginning no sooner than 9:00 a.m. in Room 311 of the County Office Building, to hear public comments on the creation of a new Chapter in the County Code, Chapter 95- Nuisance Police Calls. The proposed new chapter would address repeated public safety nuisance calls in certain commercial buildings and residential properties.
