Community Media Center to hold Carroll County Commissioner District 3 candidate forum on October 18th

CMC to Hold Carroll County Commissioner – District 3 Candidates Forum

The Community Media Center (CMC) will hold a candidates’ forum for Carroll County Board of Commissioners candidates running for office in District 3. The forum will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 starting at 7 p.m. at the Community Media Center, located at 1301 Washington Road, Westminster. The forum will be moderated by Bob Blubaugh, the CMC’s managing editor-digital content.

Candidates running for District 3 county commissioner are Republican Tom Gordon and Democrat Zach Hands.

The public is invited to attend the forum. Due to limited seating, attendees must register online at https://bit.ly/Dist3Forum. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. and close at 6:45 p.m. The public may submit questions for the candidates on site or prior to the forum by emailing rblubaugh@carrollmediacenter.org.

The Community Media Center will stream the program live on cable channel HD-1086 and channel 19, on Facebook, YouTube and on the CMC’s website at https://www.carrollmediacenter.org. The forum will be rebroadcast until Election Day and will be available on CMC’s online voters guide for on-demand viewing.

The Community Media Center provides this programming as a public service to the residents of Carroll County. We encourage citizens to learn about all the candidates running in the 2022 General Election and take part in the electoral process.
