The Town of New Windsor will hold a municipal election on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023. Voting will take place in the Meeting Room at 209 High Street, (Town Hall) from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

“As noted – property assessments have gone up but the property tax rate is not going up in FY24 in Carroll County.”
