Carroll County Public Schools (CCPS) Superintendent Cynthia McCabe will hold a second town hall on the implications of the Blueprint on Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Winters Mill High School. There will be a brief presentation, discussion with the Superintendent and key staff, and a question and answer period.
