The following was announced by Maryland State Delegate Chris Tomlinson (District 5):

$$$ coming for Carroll County Elementary School Playgrounds 😃

Last month, I announced that our Carroll County Delegation had secured $225,000 in the Capital Budget for a block grant for Carroll school playgrounds – to be divided 3 ways. I can now confirm that Piney Ridge, Runnymede, and Spring Garden Elementary Schools will each receive $75,000 to go towards getting new playgrounds. 🛝
