Today is ELECTION DAY in Taneytown:
A stray cat that was acting strangely has tested positive for the rabies virus. The short-haired orange tabby cat lived in the Taneytown area of Carroll County near the intersection of Stumptown Road and Sells Mill Road.

XFL Championship is on May 13th and between Arlington and DC. The Observer is planning to travel to San Antonio to watch and cover that game for followers (and let’s be honest…for myself).
