Both were last seen on 9/12/2022 at approximately 0400 hours in Manchester Maryland. There is reported information that RIDDLE is a known drug user and frequents Baltimore City and the Baltimore County Dundalk area. RIDDLE is known to take her son Jonathan with her to buy drugs. Normally they are only gone for a few hours.
The first photo was taken in June 2022 while on vacation. The second photo is RIDDLE while in the Carroll County Finksburg Jiffy Mart on 9/13/2022 in morning hours after she withdrew money from the ATM. Family had last contact via cell phone on 9/12/2022 at approximately 1215 Hours. The third photo is a Toyota Corolla (NFI). It is the last vehicle that RIDDLE was seen getting into. RIDDLE was last seen wearing a black tank top and blue jean shorts. No clothing description given for her son Jonathan. NFI
