On February 16th Donald A. Ealy was arrested again by the Westminster Police Department following a spree of thefts from automobiles and tampering with motor vehicles

Media Release from Westminster Police Department on February 16th:

Update: On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at approximately 2 AM, Donald A. Ealy was arrested again by the Westminster Police Department (WPD) following a spree of thefts from automobiles and tampering with motor vehicles in the area of Fitzhugh Avenue. Officers recovered stolen property at the time of arrest. Mr. Ealy faces a total of five (5) criminal charges.

WPD Detectives are investigating similar crimes in the area of Bell Road between February 14-15, 2022, and anticipate applying for additional charges. Anyone who may have been a victim of a theft from automobile, or who had their vehicle rummaged through on these dates, is asked to call the WPD at (410) 848-4646.

Mr. Ealy is currently being held at the Carroll County Detention Center on a $2,500 / 10% bond.

Update: On Monday, June 7, 2021, Donald A. Ealy was arrested on an arrest warrant, and charged with a total of eighteen (18) new criminal charges following an investigation by the Westminster Police Department into thefts from motor vehicles and tampering with motor vehicles that occurred between the dates of May 31 and June 6, 2021. Mr. Ealy was identified through residential video surveillance systems. Detectives also recovered stolen property from a hotel room where Mr. Ealy was staying.

Ealy (40 YOA) was charged with a total of thirteen (13) criminal charges, including counts of Theft, Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, and Rogue and Vagabond, following an investigation conducted by detectives and officers with the Westminster Police Department
