COVID-19 positivity rates continue to rise in Maryland and Carroll County since late March 2022 and now it is being reported that the positivity rate in Carroll County (as of May 16th) is nearly 15% (14.92%). In the state of Maryland the current COVID-19 positivity rate is reported as 8.02%.
