The message that the Duchess of Sussex, wife of Prince Harry, wants to send is clear: life is beautiful and the family is happy to have moved after their “exile” in California. A red heart and a British flag are also embedded in the short video.
This broadcast, however, occurs in a context that remains tense. Last week, King Charles III made a point of recalling that his youngest son and Meghan will still not be able to use the titles of “Royal Highness” and remain considered “private citizens with commercial and charitable interests”.
Harry and Meghan reportedly didn’t really like it and are still fighting behind the scenes to get enhanced security paid for by the crown.
