You certainly knew Frankie Muniz the actor, mainly for having played the role of Malcolm in the series of the same name. On the other hand, you certainly knew Frankie Muniz the racing driver less. However, the American took to the circuits in 2006.

Twenty years after his debut, he finally obtained, at the age of 40, his first victory. Driving a Ford Mustang GT4, he won the eighth race of the GT4 America Championship season at the Wisconsin circuit. With his teammate Tyler Stone, with whom he shares the wheel, he was only half a second ahead of his closest pursuers.

Enough to provoke some serious emotions in Frankie Muniz. “When I won that victory, I was in tears,” he admitted. I had a really difficult two weeks, honestly, the hardest of my life. I feel like this success couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m 100% over the moon.”

Teamed up with a Swiss

Since the end of the series “Malcolm”, Frankie Muniz has not completely abandoned his acting career. He notably made appearances in well-known series such as “Criminal Minds”, “The Rookie: The Los Angeles Cop” and “New Amsterdam”.

However, he truly prioritized his career as a pilot. In 2009, he had, for the record, teamed up with the Swiss Simona De Silvestro within the Stargate Worlds Atlantic team.
