The latest Instagram publication from Alain Delon’s daughter therefore sounds like an answer. We see her enjoying her vacation alongside a man, who happens to be her former lawyer, Frank Berton. The 35-year-old young woman, who identified her 64-year-old companion in her photo carousel, commented “gratitude” with the hashtag “love”. A publication that leaves no room for doubt.
The latter also defended her in the dispute between her and her brothers, Anthony and Alain-Fabien, following the death of their father. Since 2024, the Delon siblings have been torn apart over the heritage left by Alain Delon.
Frank Berton is not unknown in the media landscape. The criminal lawyer notably defended Cédric Jubillar, before retiring, Salah Abdeslam and intervened in the Outreau affair.
This formalization comes after a court decision favorable to Anouchka Delon. Her brothers, Anthony and Alain-Fabien, were each ordered to pay a fine to their sister for “broadcasting a private conversation”. Anthony Delon was ordered by the courts to delete this conversation from his social networks.
