Notice to lovers of exceptional residences: Katherine Heigl is putting up for sale her villa nestled in the mountains of Utah. The “Grey’s Anatomy” actress and her husband, musician Josh Kelley, are asking for $10.6 million (around 9.3 million euros), according to the ad published by Engel & Völkers.
Built in 2008 on an estate of more than 10 hectares, the property offers 743 m² of living space. It includes six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a large living room dominated by a steel fireplace under a nine-metre ceiling.
The villa also has a cinema room, a multimedia room as well as a wellness area with sauna and multi-jet shower.
Outside, future owners will enjoy a heated swimming pool and several terraces offering unobstructed views of the mountains. The estate also includes a detached studio, first used as an art studio by Katherine Heigl, then transformed into a leather workshop for Josh Kelley.
