Pop star Dua Lipa and actor Callum Turner got married this weekend in London, British media including “The Sun” reported on Sunday, according to which the couple is preparing to celebrate their union with a big three-day party in Sicily.
The two British celebrities were united in an intimate civil ceremony at the Old Marylebone Town Hall, in the center of the capital, according to “The Sun” and “The Daily Mail”.
The two tabloids published photos of the couple leaving town hall hand in hand.
Dua Lipa, 30, wore a large white hat and a skirt suit by Schiaparelli Couture, according to British Vogue. Callum Turner, 36, was dressed in a navy blue suit.
After this intimate ceremony, a second wedding and a “lavish three-day party” are to take place at the end of the week in Sicily, according to “The Sun”.
The agents of Dua Lipa and Callum Turner did not respond to requests from AFP.
The British-Albanian singer and the actor have been a couple since January 2024.
Dua Lipa announced their engagement in an interview with British Vogue in June 2025. “This decision to grow old together, to plan a life together and, I don’t know, to be best friends forever — it’s a really special feeling,” she said at the time.
Born in London, Dua Lipa is the daughter of Kosovar immigrants. She became known with her hit “Be The One” in 2016. She then had a string of successes and filled stadiums with her tours.
In 2025, at the age of 29, the singer and co-writer of the hits “Levitating” and “Don’t Start Now” became the youngest member of the list of the 40 richest people under 40 in the United Kingdom, according to the annual ranking of the richest Britons, published by the “Sunday Times”. His fortune was then estimated at 115 million pounds (137 million euros).
Callum Turner notably starred in the films “Fantastic Beasts” and the adaptation of the book “Emma” by Jane Austen, as well as in the series “The Capture”. Like many other actors, he would be one of the contenders for the role of James Bond.
