Elder of the missing actor, Anthony Delon was interviewed by the gendarmes while in police custody. He was questioned as part of an investigation into mistreatment and cruelty to an animal. But he walked free and there are no charges against him at this time.
This hearing took place on April 15, RTL revealed this Thursday. It is, it is noted, a “new act in the fratricidal war which now pits the star’s two sons against each other”.
The origin of this war? Alain-Fabien, the youngest, had accused his eldest of having had his dog, a Malinois named Obba, killed. The animal was killed by three bullets by a bodyguard on the family property in Douchy, at the beginning of November 2024. Alain-Fabien Delon subsequently filed a complaint against his brother.
“The Malinois was attacking Loubo”, Alain Delon’s dog, argued Anthony Delon’s lawyer on RTL. “He had caught him in his mouth and was killing him. There were several attempts to get him to let go of Loubo. They threw stones at him. There was no other solution.”
According to our colleagues, this is exactly what Anthony Delon explained to the police, saying he was especially saddened by this conflict with his little brother.
The Montargis public prosecutor’s office confirmed the hearing, adding that the bodyguard who killed the dog was also interviewed.
