Carroll County Commissioner Ed Rothstein provided update on November 30th about the 125 bed VA Home coming to Carroll County. Here are some highlights of what he said on November 30th:

  • 185 million project
    • 35% funded by the State and 65% funded by Federal Government
  • 125 bed facility
  • Located on Slacks Road (Sykesville)
  • Looking at widening Slacks Road for the project
