Usually watching Carroll County Commissioner Budget Work Sessions is as fun as watching grass grow or paint dry…but from time to time you get an exchange between Commissioners that is worth watching. We had one of those moments in the last work session on April 18th between Commissioners Mike Guerin and Ed Rothstein related to revenue / taxes.
