Announced by the Carroll County Board of Elections:
Mail-in Ballot drop boxes will be available 24/7 beginning late September and will be locked at 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 8,2022. The ballot drop boxes are under 24/7 surveillance and are very secure. No one has access to the drop off boxes except for trusted election officials.

- Carroll County Board of Elections Office: 300 S. Center Street, Westminster, MD 21157
- Mt. Airy Senior Center: 703 Ridge Avenue, Mt. Airy, MD 21771
- North Carroll High School Library Complex: 1400 Panther Drive, Hampstead, MD 21074
- South Carroll Senior Center: 5928 Mineral Hill Road, Sykesville, MD 21784
- Taneytown Senior Center: 220 Roberts Mill Road, Taneytown, MD 21787
- Westminster Senior Center: 125 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157
You can drop your ballot off at one of the drop box locations in Carroll County. Ballots are picked up from the boxes every day by election officials. The drop off boxes are not the property of the United States Postal Service.
