A $2.25 million baby name? Bonnie Blue claims to have found a surprising name for her first child. The 27-year-old porn actress announced Tuesday, on Instagram, her intention to name it BetBolt, after the name of the cryptocurrency betting and casino site. According to the Daily Star, Bonnie Blue would have previously auctioned off the right to choose the first name of her newborn. Among the proposals were Top G, Group Project and Clavicular.

Go to the civil registry

Real name Tia Billinger, the young woman says she wants to register BetBolt as the official first name of her child. She would already have an appointment at the competent civil status office.

Bonnie Blue’s spokesperson confirmed the child’s birth to Us Weekly at the end of August. Yet questions remain: neither the sex nor the father of the child are known. No independently verifiable evidence confirms that the Briton was actually pregnant and gave birth to the child.

The sex worker, who regularly attracts attention with provocative actions, attracted strong criticism on social networks with the announcement of this unusual name. “Great mom,” one person commented wryly. Other users especially expressed their compassion for the baby.

British politician files complaint

The controversy follows criticism of a previous Bonnie Blue video on social media, which was reported to UK child protection organization NSPCC. In it, she was promoting her OnlyFans account while sitting on a bed with a baby who was only a few weeks old, surrounded by several men wearing balaclavas.

The video sparked strong reactions. British politician Joy Morrissey also filed a complaint. When a child’s safety is at stake, turning a blind eye “is not an option,” she said. “Children should never be involved in pornography, used to promote adult entertainment, or made part of a parent’s sexualized commercial brand,” wrote Joy Morrissey. “The mere idea that a child could be exposed to such circumstances is deeply disturbing.”
