On the night of December 15 to 16, 2020, Cédric Jubillar killed his wife, Delphine Jubillar, according to his own confession. A case which has since experienced many twists and turns. In October 2025, he was sentenced at first instance to 30 years of criminal imprisonment, even though he still denied any involvement. Then, in July 2026, Cédric Jubillar confessed. A few days later, the bones of Delphine Jubillar were found in Tarn.
This week, the case is in the news again for a completely different reason. According to “Le Parisien”, Cédric Jubillar was caught having sex with a visitor in the visiting room of the Toulouse-Seysses remand center, where he is incarcerated, a practice strictly prohibited. Prisoners can only have intimate relationships in family life units (UVF), spaces where they are allowed to spend 6 to 72 hours with their loved ones. A system that does not exist at the Toulouse-Seysses penitentiary center.
The visiting room ended when a guard saw a woman, who was visiting the inmate for the first time, partially naked and sitting on his lap. His visit permit was suspended as a precautionary measure.

This is not the first time that Cédric Jubillar has been sanctioned for such behavior. In 2024, similar incidents with his partner Jennifer earned him a ban from speaking for a month.
A reconstitution is planned for this Thursday, October 2 in Cagnac-les-Mines, in Tarn. Cédric Jubillar will return to his former home to retrace for investigators the course of the night of December 15 to 16, 2020.
