Soprano has just expanded his family. At 47, the singer and rapper became a father for the fifth time, news that he mentioned in an interview with “La Provence”.
This birth shook up his musical calendar. His ninth album, initially expected in the coming months, should finally see the light of day only in the spring. “It will be more likely in the spring. Everything is ready, but life meant that I had a baby and my schedule was turned upside down,” explained the artist.
“Priority to children”
Before setting out again to conquer the public in 2027 and 2028 – he will pass through the Saint-Symphorien stadium next June, Soprano therefore prefers to take advantage of his own people. He assures that he gives “priority to children”.
Married to Alexia since 2006, Saïd M’Roumbaba – his real name – is already the father of Inaya, Lenny and Luna. He also reunited in 2022 with his first son, born under X in 1995 when the singer was a teenager. The gender of her newborn has not been released.
The musician also admits to distancing himself from the frenzy of musical releases. “Only Jul can make 24 sounds that everyone will listen to,” he said with humor.
