Erling Haaland has given himself a brand new look. In a video posted on Instagram, the Norwegian striker from Manchester City showcased his change in style: first, we see him with his characteristic long hair, then a swipe of the scissors reveals his new short cut.
The Norwegian also reveals his new face to his fans in a series of photos. The images show the process, strand by strand, of the disappearance of her long blonde mane. Haaland himself wrote under the post: “Short hair, no problem.” About an hour after publication, the post already had more than 35,000 comments.
“No way!”
His former teammate at BVB, Jude Bellingham, cannot get over it: “Not possible!”, he reacted. Not all users agree on what they think of the Norwegian’s new hairstyle. Some find this change “nice”, while others, incredulous, comment “Are you serious?”
The mane had been one of Haaland’s most striking features for years. On the pitch, the Manchester City striker usually wore his hair tied in a ponytail, sometimes even braided.
