Mick Jagger fans were treated to a rare insight into his privacy. To mark the Rolling Stones legend’s 83rd birthday, his fiancée Melanie Hamrick (39) published a series of never-before-seen photos of the couple on Instagram.
“Happy birthday, my love! Here’s to more adventures, more laughter and more fun!”, wrote the former prima ballerina in the caption. The photos show the couple far from the spotlight: in front of a pyramid with their son Deveraux (9 years old), on vacation, in the car, on a sofa or even on the red carpet. In one of the selfies, Melanie Hamrick tenderly kisses Mick Jagger on the cheek.
Together since 2014, the two lovers met in Japan during a Rolling Stones tour. Very discreet about their private life, they rarely appear together in public. It wasn’t until 2025 that Melanie Hamrick revealed they had been engaged for “two or three years.”
The singer also received many messages for his birthday. His son Lucas, born from his relationship with Brazilian host Luciana Gimenez, paid tribute to him on social networks. His companions in the Rolling Stones haven’t forgotten him either. Keith Richards posted a black and white photo of the two musicians accompanied by a simple message: “Happy birthday Mick!”, while Ronnie Wood shared a painted portrait of his friend.
