The revelations concerning Patrick Bruel are piling up. The singer is the target of several rape complaints, including one filed by TV host Flavie Flament. It is now the turn of former Miss France Valérie Bègue to give her testimony.
On social networks, she wrote: “He was president of the jury during my election. I saw it. I have absolutely no doubt.”
And Valérie Bègue adds: “I believe all the women who had the courage to speak. And I encourage others.”
On Sunday, Patrick Bruel spoke for the first time on his own social networks, where he reaffirmed his innocence. And challenged Flavie Flament’s account, assuring “that he never forced a woman. And if I could have hurt anyone, I sincerely regret it.” At this point, remember that the singer is presumed innocent.
He assures that he wants to “continue to practice his profession”.
