Stick to the regime for six months. But as the family discovered a new appreciation for healthy, balanced meals and an active lifestyle, it no longer truly felt like “effort”—it became their way of life. And they’ve carried on ever since.
Six Months Later: The Inspiring Results
Six months into their new routine, the transformation speaks for itself. Jesse took to Instagram to share before and after photos—you can clearly see that the change didn’t just affect one person, but the whole family.
- Jesse’s father lost 25 kg (about 55 pounds) by cutting down on alcohol, eating healthier, and getting active. He’s waved goodbye to his swollen belly and now sports an athletic physique.

- And his wife, pregnant at the time of their first photo, shed 20 kg (around 44 pounds).
