The School of the Tower of the city of Grand-Saconnex (GE) and the Chliinä Chnopf crèche in Zunzgen (BL) opened their doors for the making of a short video presenting the label fork green-Ama Terra in images: Green fork Ama Terra-The label told in images.

Certified establishments Green fork – AMA Terra offer balanced and sustainable meals, following on the official nutritional recommendations of the Federal Office for Food Safety and Veterinary Affairs and the Swiss Nutrition Society.

The label green fork – Ama Terra recommends: at least two vegetarian meals over a five -day week, special attention originally paid and to the production method of products, as well as the preparation house of meals. Children participate in the preparation of meals and are made aware of the flavors and the importance of a healthy diet in their daily lives. Adults play a role of models there.

If today the vast majority of establishments labeled green fork – Ama Terra are nurseries and school restaurants, the label is also available for establishments welcoming adults (Hautes écoles, Homes) and seniors.
