We have cooperators in the cantons of Basel, St-Gall, Zurich, Luzern and Bern. Today, a little overview of the St-Gall team, which is the most active!

First of all, the presence of a Faireswiss stand at La Fontaine Brooder in the center of St-Gall on August 8 and 9: thanks to the combined efforts of Mr. Stress, Markus Signer, Karl & Helene Lehnherr and the Eicher-Tanner family, the stand was installed near the Fontaine embroidered by a hot temperature. Shortly after, the first walkers arrived. It is with pleasure that they presented the Faireswiss products and the project as a whole to passers -by. People seemed delighted.

Each cooperator must carry out two events in store or during events like this each year: going to consumers is a key element of the Faireswiss project.

Then, organization of a day of milk in the recess of a school in St-Gall on October 31: the Eicher-Tanner family and M. Strele brought a cow, calves, rabbits and chickens to the school square. Children are coming up quickly, catch a cup and choose between chocolate, strawberry, vanilla or natural milk. To regain strength, they will look for a piece of braid they made themselves. Meanwhile, children admire and caress animals.

The year 2024 in a happy new year for fair milk Faireswiss: we sold 1.6 million liters of milk, or about 100,000 liters more than 2023! Thank you for your loyalty and support to allow Swiss producers to continue their profession and feed you!
