!!!MISSING PERSON ALERT!!!

The Westminster Police Department is attempting to locate Raelynn Norton, a 12-year-old from the area of College Square Shopping Plaza.


Raelynn Norton is described as a black female, 5’1″, 115 lbs., slim build. She was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, dark shorts, white socks with no shoes on and was carrying a backpack.
