We are looking for this individual in relation to a theft in Urbana.

Obviously not a lot of details in the post above outside of this happened in Urbana. If you read through the comments of the social media post a person commenting said this happened at Smokers Paradise in Urbana (obviously this can not be confirmed by The Observer at this time).
