Missing Juvenile Located!

The Westminster area missing juvenile from last night was located at approximately 3:30AM and is safe and unharmed. Thank you to the Carroll County community for your tips and assistance.

On February 8th at 9:55pm Carroll County Government Facebook page shared the following information about a missing teen last seen in Westminster:

2/8/2024 Alert

Please be on the look out for a missing white male, approximately 16 years of age, with short brown hair, wearing tan sweatpants, a green long sleeve shirt and no shoes. He has been missing since approximately 8 pm today and was last seen in the area of 270 North Cranberry Road in Westminster. If you see the subject, call 911 immediately and report his location. Thank you.
