“Missing Person”
The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Kian Doi, an 11 year old from the area of Haight Avenue in Sykesville, MD, who is considered a missing person.
Kian Doi is described as a white male, 5’7″, 130lbs, slim build. He was last seen wearing the jacket as shown in the attached photograph.
Anyone with information concerning Kian Doi is asked to contact Deputy First Class Hessler at 410-386-2900, or khessler@carrollcountymd.gov.
