A second meeting will be scheduled by MDOT for Carroll County residents about the intersection changes at MD 140 and MD 91

On Thursday September 14th Maryland Department of Transportation’s State Highway Administration held a meeting at the library in Finksburg to discuss the intersection changes at MD 140 and MD 91.

The Observer attended to get some information for the community. This was a HIGHLY attended event and getting content was difficult. I was able to to talk with Bruce Cain from MDOT about the intersection changes.

Here is the commentary, photos and the interview with Bruce Cain. Sorry the audio quality of the interview is so poor but that will give you an idea of how many people were at this meeting on Thursday.


There will be a second meeting scheduled in the future and when the details of that come out The Observer will be sure to let the community know as soon as possible.
