Westminster and South Carroll will now move on to the State Quarterfinals (where the remaining 8 teams will be reseeded after all 2nd rounds games are completed).

If Liberty wins on November 12th they will join South Carroll in the State Quarterfinals in the Class 2A/1A bracket.

Update on November 13th: The reseeding has now happened and here is a look at the next round for the teams from Carroll County:

Class 3A: #4 Westminster vs #5 Oakdale on November 18th

Class 2A/1A: #2 South Carroll vs #7 Harford Tech on November 18th
