Wednesday evening, the lifeless body of Loana, winner of the first “Loft Story” in 2001 alongside Christophe, was discovered in her apartment in Nice.
While the investigation into the circumstances of the death of the 48-year-old woman continues, the Nice prosecutor, Damien Martinelli, delivered some initial elements in a press release this Thursday, March 26.
According to him, the first findings confirm “a death dating back several days”. “The presence of a wound at the back of the skull and bruising in the lumbar region” suggest a “fall backwards”. At this stage of the investigations, the press release continues, “no element allows us to consider the intervention of a third party in connection with the death”.
Loana had not given any news for a few days, so one of her friends went to knock on her door, without success. Only the deceased’s dog was barking. The animal was also discovered dead in the apartment on Wednesday evening.
Some time previously, Loana had informed this same relative that she no longer had a telephone and was without money.
