As a peasant and consumer organization, the association of small farmers has brought these two groups closer for 45 years. To make visible those who practice peasant agriculture respectful of resources, a website presents certain members with a short portrait indicating their methods, their products and activities and their philosophy.
This network of farms shows the diversity of approaches for food production good for humans and the environment, each adapted to the place and to the people who work there. The network promotes exchange between animated people of the same spirit. Whether between peasants and peasants for a transmission of knowledge and experiences, or between producer and eater of their consciousness of their eating behavior in search of quality and pleasure, are offered networking events, visits to farms or expert contributions. Because diversity is a wealth to share. It is together that we must cultivate the future.
In this spirit will be held a conference on October 28, 2025 in Yverdon: “oil and food production”. Stéphane Deytard, member of our network of farms, led by his passion for agriculture and the dynamics of the living, will deliver his reflections on the fossil fuels used for the production of food, sustainability and nutritional quality of food and regenerative agriculture.
