The Swiss AOP-IGP association is organizing, in collaboration with Gastrosuisse, Proviande, Swiss Wine and Prodega, the 4ᵉ edition of the Fifteen IGP Restoration. From 1.2 to 16.2.2025, committed restaurateurs offer authentic and tasty Swiss specialties throughout Switzerland.
At least three products protected by a IGP (protected geographic indication) and two Swiss wines are offered on the menu, accompanied by other PDO specialties (protected designation of origin). Gourmets can (re) discover the great diversity of Swiss culinary heritage.
