Reese & Community Volunteer Fire Company crews responded to a three-vehicle collision in Finksburg on February 3rd

On February 3rd, 2024 at 6:27 PM, Reese & Community Volunteer Fire Company crews responded to a three-vehicle collision on Route 140 and Emory Road. Upon arrival, crews found a head-on collision involving three vehicles in the westbound lanes of Route 140 in front of Lady Baltimore Floors along the 2800 block of Baltimore Boulevard.

Crews worked quickly to extract three patients from the involved vehicles. No injuries requiring transport to medical facilities. Initial assessments indicate the accident was likely caused by a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction on the highway.

Units: Rescue Squad 9, Engine Tanker 94, Medic 98, Chief 9-2, Fire Police 9

Mutual Aid provided by Maryland State Police and Maryland State Highway.
