“Missing Person”

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Kian Doi, an 11 year old from the area of Haight Avenue in Sykesville, MD, who is considered a missing person.

Kian Doi is described as a white male, 5’7″, 130lbs, slim build. He was last seen wearing the jacket as shown in the attached photograph.
