On April 21st the Republican Women’s Club of Carroll County hosted a candidate forum featuring gubernatorial hopefuls Dan Cox and Robin Ficker, local Board of Education candidates Jim Miller, Steve Whisler, and Tara Battaglia as well as candidates for Carroll County State’s Attorney Haven Shoemaker and David Ellin.
