Does the latest campaign finance reports from past Carroll County Board of Education candidates (Amanda Jozkowski and Tom Scanlan) give some indication about their intentions for the two open seats in 2024? #carrollcountymd
One last item of interest on this…Jim Miller (who finished 4th in 2022) has officially CLOSED his campaign finance account…which I would think is a pretty good indication that he will not seek one of the two open BOE seats in 2024.
