The 2022 Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair begins Saturday and runs through August 5th. If you can not make it out to the Carroll County Agricultural Center each day to watch the fair activities (view a listing of Fair activities here) the Community Media Center has you covered:

The Community Media Center (CMC) will provide live, daily coverage of the 2022 Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair starting Saturday, July 30, 2022 and continuing through Friday, August, 5, 2022.

The CMC has installed 4 cameras in the Shipley Arena at the Carroll County Agricultural Center to facilitate the live streaming coverage of major events and will provide special reports on other shows and activities throughout the fair. In addition, the CMC has created custom digital signage to include a real-time calendar of events as well as live and recorded videos and sponsor recognition. The digital signage is installed at various locations throughout the fairgrounds and will be included on the broadcasts on cable channels HD-1086 and channel 19. A special QR code allows visitors to take the schedule with them, providing access to the digital signage schedule on their mobile devices.

Bob Blubaugh, CMC’s Managing Editor-Digital Content said, “We are proud to be a part of the 125th edition of what is truly Carroll County’s signature event and to help support the hard-working young people who are continuing our county’s proud agricultural tradition by showcasing their animals and projects. The fair has something for everyone and will, again, be very well attended. For those unable to attend specific events or those who want to relive the excitement, we are pleased to provide live coverage from Shipley Arena via internet, social media and cable television.”

Viewers can watch the live, daily coverage on cable channel HD-1086 and channel 19, on the CMC YouTube Channel and the CMC Facebook page as well as on the Carroll County 4-H & FFA’s Facebook page. For more information on specific broadcast events and times, visit the CMC program schedule.

The Community Media Center has also created a special 4-H & FFA Fair page (https://bit.ly/20224HFair) on the CMC website (carrollmediacenter.org) that includes daily live streaming coverage, special reports and links to the Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair website as well as an archive of past fair coverage.
