Carroll County was upgraded to Medium COVID-19 Community Level two weeks ago and remains at that level today.

COVID-19 Positivity has leveled off in Carroll County and is now at 11.86% (after hitting a high of 17.78% on May 21st). Positivity rate in Maryland is currently 8.92% and seems to be ticking up a bit over the past few days: https://coronavirus.maryland.gov/
