The Westminster Police Department is investigating the theft of a motor vehicle. On May 17, 2022, during the evening hours, the above pictured subject [described as a white male, beard, wearing a black baseball style hat, black in color shirt, blue jeans and black in color shoes] was observed to the rear of 4 West Main Street removing items from a purse. He then walked west bound on Winters Street towards Railroad Avenue. The male is a person of interest in a reported stolen vehicle that occurred that evening from the Sherwood Parking lot located on Railroad Avenue.

Police are asking that anyone with information regarding this incident or the identity the above pictured person to contact SGT Tim Dellospedale 410-848-4646.
